I’m a qualified psychotherapist specialising in perimenopause and menopause. After 25 years leading and scaling health and education programs across the UK and Australia, my own experience of menopause inspired a major shift - one that led me to fill a much-needed gap in the health system and support other women through this transformative life stage.

My Story
In 2021, at 47, my life changed in ways I never expected. Persistent insomnia, joint pain, and overwhelming fatigue disrupted what had been a healthy, happy routine. Despite consulting multiple doctors, the word menopause was rarely mentioned. Like so many women, I felt unseen and unsupported at a time when I needed care the most. My journey through perimenopause taught me the importance of self-advocacy, knowledge, and compassionate support. With the right help, I was able to reclaim my health —-and I’m now deeply committed to helping other women do the same.
My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, allowing me to tailor each session to the individual. This flexibility is vital for addressing the emotional, physical, and psychological challenges of menopause and supporting clients on a holistic path to healing and personal growth. My practice is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and genuine connection - creating a safe space where women feel seen, heard, and understood.
Having personally navigated the complexities of midlife, I find great purpose in helping women rediscover joy, vitality, and confidence. My goal is to ensure no woman feels alone, dismissed, or unsure of where to turn — because the menopause transition can also be a time of immense strength, renewal, and clarity.
Outside of work, I’m happiest on a beach walk with my four-legged best friend, Tyson the cavoodle, or debating the latest read at my local Irish pub book club (paperbacks only — no Kindles here). I also love exploring Sydney’s restaurant scene with friends and embracing the small, simple joys that make midlife such a rich and rewarding chapter.
