Registered Nurse | Health & Nutrition Coach | Menopause Coach
I’m a Registered Nurse, Health & Nutrition Coach, and Menopause Coach. With additional qualifications in community health, health coaching, and personal training, I’m passionate about supporting women to feel seen, understood, and empowered as they navigate perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions.

My Story
My nursing background gives me a strong understanding of women’s health, while coaching allows me to guide women in creating sustainable habits across nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep. I enjoy helping women cut through the confusion, discover what truly works for them, and start feeling like themselves again.
I’m energised by working with midlife women because this stage is both challenging and transformative. Hormones shift, energy fluctuates, and life feels busy - yet it’s also a time to reset, refocus, and establish habits that support long-term vitality. Being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding.
Like many of my clients, I’ve experienced my own perimenopausal journey - from fatigue and brain fog to changes in mood and sleep. Balancing my roles as a mum, wife, and daughter during this time added both challenges and perspective. Yet it also brought opportunities for growth: I ran international marathons, managed complex public health roles, and built my coaching practice while navigating this transition with resilience and purpose. These experiences deepened my empathy and reinforced my belief that women deserve informed, evidence-based care and the reassurance that they’re not alone.
Beyond work, I’m passionate about family, living well, and getting the most out of every day. I love being outdoors - walking by the coast, hiking in nature, or exercising with my golden retriever. Strength training and cardio are my go-to ways to stay active and strong, and I enjoy exercising with people across generations.
A few fun facts: I’m an avid traveller, enjoy nutritious meals based around colourful whole foods, and find joy in connecting with people and hearing their stories. I also value mindfulness and the power of presence - taking time to notice the taste of nourishing food or the sounds of nature to cultivate calm and clarity. I believe laughter, community, mindfulness, and purpose are as essential to health as any meal plan or workout.
