My Story

Blending science with soul, I bring together expertise in nutrition, behaviour change, and lifestyle medicine to help midlife women enhance their wellbeing through realistic, sustainable strategies that restore balance, energy, and confidence. My integrative approach combines evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle practices with a deep understanding of human behaviour - guiding women to feel their best, inside and out.


Perimenopause can be a confusing, messy, and sometimes overwhelming time. Hormonal shifts can touch every part of life - from sleep, energy, and mood to concentration, weight, and even confidence. Many women know they don’t feel like themselves but struggle to understand why. My work is about helping women make sense of these changes and providing the clarity, care and practical tools they need to feel grounded and well again.


My own perimenopause journey began about five years ago and, like many women, I felt completely unprepared. I was dealing with heavy, prolonged periods, exhaustion from low iron and B12, and relentless brain fog - yet perimenopause was never mentioned by my GP or long-time gynaecologist. Each symptom was treated in isolation, with no one joining the dots. It wasn’t until I found a menopause-informed gynaecologist that everything finally made sense. That moment changed everything - not only how I felt but how I wanted to work. It inspired me to train as a Certified Menopause Practitioner so I could support other women through this transition with empathy, science, and real-world understanding.


Today, I help women uncover what’s really going on in their bodies and create practical, sustainable changes that make a difference. I don’t believe in quick fixes or fad diets — just evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle strategies, coaching, and breathwork that meet each woman where she’s at. Because every woman deserves to feel healthy, empowered, and at home in her own body - especially during perimenopause.
