Tracey Loughran
Naturopath, BHSc (Comp. Med)
Perimenopause and menopause are profound transitions - physically, emotionally, and mentally. With over twenty years of experience supporting women through every stage of life, I know that no two journeys are the same. My approach always begins with the essentials - balancing stress, sleep, lifestyle, and nutrition - because these foundations influence every hormone and every system in the body. When these areas are supported, the rest of your health can begin to fall into place.

My Story
I’ve been a practising naturopath for more than two decades and have dedicated my career to women’s wellbeing. I take the time to listen carefully to each woman’s story, because the details matter. Understanding your unique experience allows us to create a tailored plan that truly fits your needs - from simple, nourishing food that works for your life, to evidence-based nutritional and herbal support where needed. I also use targeted testing, including blood, gut, hormone, and omega assessments, so we can track progress with clarity rather than guesswork.
Travelling through my own midlife transition has deepened my understanding of this stage - combining research-based knowledge with lived experience. “Healer, heal thyself” is an ancient mantra I take to heart. Our own bodies are our greatest teachers, and mine has taught me as much as my clinical training ever could. The power of plants - in the form of clinically effective herbal medicine - continues to amaze me, and I love being able to draw on a wide dispensary to create individualised solutions for every woman I work with.
Over the years, I’ve seen many women reach midlife running on empty, feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to turn next. Whether you’re just starting to explore what’s happening in your body, or you’ve hit that point of frustration and exhaustion, I’m here to help. With my background in holistic counselling, I’m also here for the emotional and psychological challenges that can accompany this stage - the difficult, the painful, and the deeply human parts of change.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me walking amongst old trees, swimming in the sea, or experimenting in the kitchen with homegrown produce and edible flowers. I’ve run an organic farm, café, and store, and written recipe books along the way - all part of my lifelong love of food, nature, and connection.
